Sharon, what excites you about your job?

What appeals to me most is the fact that I can make a difference here. I help organizations achieve profitable and sustainable growth by improving their practices and behaviors. To do so, I implement strategies to deliver measurable results that provide a real competitive advantage. And I have the opportunity to tackle each of these challenges as part of a highly talented and diverse team.

What advice do you have for finding a work-life balance?

Self-awareness! I perceive my work-life balance as a moving target: I rely on my self-awareness to monitor my responsibilities as well as to recognize and identify my own needs. This helps me stay productive, while taking care of my well-being.
