Benoît Romac

Benoît Romac is Managing Director of Porsche Consulting France. He joined in early 2020 to launch the French subsidiary, which has since experienced exponential growth. Benoît Romac and his teams assist their clients in defining and implementing strategic, operational, and technological transformations that enable companies to enhance their performance, competitiveness, and resilience. Benoît Romac has particularly developed a deep expertise in industrial strategy, vertical integration, digital transformation, and operational excellence, demonstrating to clients that a strategic turning point is not a threat, but an opportunity to overtake.

Trained as an engineer and graduating in 1997 from École Centrale Paris, Benoît Romac began his career in the finance department of an automotive subsidiary, overseeing an industrial investment project in Eastern Europe. Building on this initial experience, he worked as a strategy consultant and was appointed Partner in 2012. He held various management roles, overseeing the Operations practice for France and the Supply Chain Strategy practice for Europe and the Middle East.
