Hagen Radowski

Dr. Hagen Radowski is Senior Partner at Porsche Consulting and responsible for the Development & Technology practice. As an expert for product and technology development, he supports leading companies in their trend and market research, innovations, and technology transformations, with a special focus on transitioning to and applying relevant concepts that succeed in practice. The shift toward software in real net output ratios and the associated transformation of development activities are further main aspects of his work.

Dr. Radowski served as managing director of an international automotive IT and engineering consultancy for 14 years before becoming CEO of MHP Americas and then of Porsche Consulting, Inc. in the USA. Since returning to Porsche Consulting in Germany in 2021, he has been responsible for software and semiconductor activities and in 2024 took the lead of the Development & Technology practice.
